Fried Chicken Wonton Recipe.

Fried chicken wonton recipe is tender wrappers stuffed with ground chicken and seasonings, then deep-fried to crispy golden brown perfection.

Ingredients:

  • 250 gm Chicken boneless
  • 2 cups green onions chopped
  • Green chilies 7 to 8
  • capsicum 1 medium
  • black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • chicken cube 1/2
  • oil 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbs
  • salt 1/4 tsp or to taste
  • 1 egg beaten
  • wonton wraps
  • oil for frying

Method:

  • Dry chicken boneless cubes with kitchen tissue.
  • In a chopper, add chicken boneless cubes, green onion, green chilies, capsicum, soy sauce, black pepper powder, chicken cube, oil, and salt, and chop until well combined & set aside.
  • Take a wonton wrap, add 1 tbs mixture in the center, apply egg at the edges, fold in a triangular shape & seal all sides. Apply the egg to one side of the triangle and overlap to form a wonton shape (makes 25-30). In wok, heat oil and fry until golden brown. Can be stored for up to one month in the freezer.
