For Dough:
- Warm Milk 11/2 Cup
- Warm water 1 1/2 Cup
- All purpose flour 1 Kg
- Salt 1 Tbsp
- Oil 1 cup
For Chicken Stuffing:
- Shredded Chicken Boil 500 g
- 2 tbsp oil
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- salt to taste
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Papirika 1 tsp heaped
- oregano 1/2 tsp
- lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Water 1/4 th cup
- Tikka masala 1 Tsp (heaped)
Method:
- Take 1 kg All Purpose Flour Mix well and add water and milk Mixture in it. Mix well and knead till firm and soft. Dough form, add water gradually for soft dough. Pour 2 tbsp Oil and knead again, cover it and leave for one hour.
- Take Boil Shredded Chicken, then add all the ingredients and cook for 10 until water is dry.
- Now spread dough with the help of hands, spread it and make it so thin until Surface visible .
- Spread cream cheese and add chicken, jalapenos and mozerella cheese, then close four sides and make a square.
- Pre-heat your Oven at 180 and bake your Pizza for 30 mins until Golden Brown from both sides.
