Ingredients:
- 150 gm minced mutton
- 3 teaspoon ghee
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tablespoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 tablespoon garam masala powder
- 1/4 tablespoon red chili powder
- 1 chopped green chili
- 1 1/2 cup wheat flour
- salt as required
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic
- 1/2 tablespoon coriander powder
- 2 chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon turmeric
Method:
- Mix all ingredients with minced beef and put aside.
- Make 2 small balls of atta for each paratha.
- Press it and make two small chapatis.
- Fill it with mince. Make a paratha with hands or with rolling pin.
- Cook it in a frying pan with butter or ghee.
- Cook for 10 minutes by changing sides. Cook until meat is done on a low flame.
