  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons onion powder, divided
  • 1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • Canola oil, for frying

Method:

  • In a large bowl, combine the lemon zest, sour cream, chives, dill, and onion powder.
  • Add the chicken and coat well
  • Do one chicken cutlet at a time. Press the chicken into the panko bread crumbs mixture. Coat evenly on both sides .
  • In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat until the temperature reaches about 375 F.
  • Fry your chicken pieces one by one until golden brown, 4 minutes per side. Don’t over fry them and lower the heat.
