Desi Achaar Gosht Recipe.

Ingredients:
- 750 gm Beef (or chicken)
- 1 1/2 tbsp Onion
- 6-7 Tomatoes
- 1-1/2 tbsp Garlic paste
- 1-1/2 tbsp Ginger paste
- 10-12 Green chilies
- 1-1/2 cup Yogurt
- 3-4 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1-1/4 cup Oil or clarified butter
- 50 gm Achar gosht masala
Method:
- In a small bowl, mix together the lemon juice and achar gosht masala.
- Cut green chilies and stuffed masala in it.
- Heat oil or ghee in a pan or wok over medium heat.
- Cook onion till soft or transparent.
- Now add beef or chicken, ginger, garlic paste and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add remaining achar ghost masala and yogurt mix well.
- Add 1 cup of water cover and cook until all water dries up.
- Then add tomatoes and cook on high flame until chicken is done.
- When oil separates add spiced chilies and cook for 10 minutes on low flame.
- Add lemon juice to enhance the flavor. Apply tarka on curry leaves and whole red chilies.
- Garnish with coriander leaves. Achaar Gosht is ready to serve.
