Fried Chicken Wonton Recipe.
Fried chicken wonton recipe is tender wrappers stuffed with ground chicken and seasonings, then deep-fried to crispy golden brown perfection.
Ingredients:
- 250 gm Chicken boneless
- 2 cups green onions chopped
- Green chilies 7 to 8
- capsicum 1 medium
- black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- chicken cube 1/2
- oil 1 tsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbs
- salt 1/4 tsp or to taste
- 1 egg beaten
- wonton wraps
- oil for frying
Method:
- Dry chicken boneless cubes with kitchen tissue.
- In a chopper, add chicken boneless cubes, green onion, green chilies, capsicum, soy sauce, black pepper powder, chicken cube, oil, and salt, and chop until well combined & set aside.
- Take a wonton wrap, add 1 tbs mixture in the center, apply egg at the edges, fold in a triangular shape & seal all sides. Apply the egg to one side of the triangle and overlap to form a wonton shape (makes 25-30). In wok, heat oil and fry until golden brown. Can be stored for up to one month in the freezer.
